Linda has been a dedicated and accomplished artist for many years. Her original focus was traditional art (watercolor painting, drawing, and photography) but she has combined her artistic talent with her computer skills and has been digitally painting for the past few years.

The artwork on the Website displays a mixture of both computer art pieces and photographs. The first seven pieces as well as ‘Milo’, ‘Michael’ ‘Bogie’ and ‘Nico’, are computer art paintings based on photographs.

The majority of the animal portraits are photographs of rescue animals. Linda has been helping a local animal rescue group to get their animals adopted by photographing them, then digitally enhancing the photographs to give them a little ‘glamour’. It seems to be helping; all the animals (except poor ‘Hector’) have been adopted to good homes.

Linda has most recently won First Place for ‘The Garden’ and Honorable Mention for ‘Mystique’ (Michael) in the Digital Arts category at the St. Catherine’s Art Show in Ringwood, NJ.

Although Linda has a career as a Graphic Artist, she spends as much time as possible with either a digital paintbrush, a real paintbrush or pencil in hand.

Linda has continued expanding her art education by attending William Paterson University to obtain her Masters of Fine Arts. She is also an active participant in both the FOWA Animal Rescue Group and the NJ Photographers group, both of which she finds extremely inspirational.
